The booking process
STEP 1- PRICES AND CHOICE OF EQUIPMENT:
To start, you can consult all our prices directly online. Select the number of rental days and the type of equipment desired.
When you have decided to book with us, you can select the ski and snowboard equipment you want by selecting the pack and then adding it to your basket.
We strongly recommend that each member of the group wear a helmet.
Once you have selected all the equipment you wish to rent, you are then directed to the next step where you must enter all the information necessary for the rental.
STEP 2- PERSONAL EQUIPMENT INFORMATION:
You will need to enter the following information:
First name: we prepare all the equipment we rent beforehand, so we need each person's first name.
Age: A person's age can affect DIN safety fit, length and choice of ski.
Gender: We have many models of skis and snowboards that are marketed as "women's/men's" models by manufacturers. This usually means different color combinations and a number of "women's" models are also lighter. Bindings will also have different settings.
Height: So that we can give you the correct ski or snowboard length. We already know your skill level thanks to the category you have chosen, and this is also taken into account when choosing the right ski or snowboard length for you.
Weight: This is very important so that we can adjust the DIN safety parameters of your skis. This is what will ensure that your skis come off properly if you fall.
Size: If you rent shoes, the correct shoe size is very important (ideally in centimeters). We also ask customers who are not renting boots to enter their shoe size, as this sometimes affects certain binding sizes of skis and snowboards.
Position: If you have selected a snowboard, you will need to give us your supporting foot, i.e. the foot that you are going to put in front of your snowboard. It's either Goofie (right foot forward) or Regular (left foot forward). This is important for board setup, as position will determine how the bindings are mounted.
So now the long part is done, you're almost there! :)
STAGE 3- TRIP DETAILS AND CONTACT INFORMATION:
All you have to do is enter your accommodation and travel information so that we can arrange your delivery.
Enter the shipping address in the notes section, then click the "Send" button before proceeding to payment.
We need a group leader name and email address for booking. This is the address to which the booking confirmation will be emailed. This is also the email that will be needed to re-access your booking for any changes. We also ask for a contact mobile phone number so that we can contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange a delivery time that suits you.
All we need to know now is your exact arrival date and time and then the date you intend to start skiing. We generally aim to deliver when customers arrive in resort, but the actual paid rental period begins when you hit the slopes, so no need to count the day you arrive into the rental period if you don't start using the equipment before the next day.
Save everything and you just have to choose how you want to pay.
STEP 4- PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We encourage customers to pay for their equipment at the time of booking. After completing your booking, once payment has been made, your booking is fully confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email from us confirming both payment and all details of your booking.
If you wish to make changes after payment has been made, please email or phone us directly and we will add notes to your booking on our end.
Many customers also ask to pay for their equipment later, or when the skis are actually delivered to the resort. To do this, it's very simple, simply select the option of payment on delivery, your reservation will be validated and you will receive your confirmation email.
