Shipping Policy

Policy for the delivery and return of skis or other equipment:

Wocan-location offers a "walking ski shop" service. Our rental shops are our vehicles. We come directly to your vacation spot. Guests staying in chalets – we would really appreciate it if you would do your best to keep the driveway accessible so that we can park right next to your chalet. We are legally not allowed to operate (i.e. hire equipment) in a public car park or “on the side of the road”, as this is considered to operate “in the public domain”.
